Information we collect
- Information you give us: When you use our contact form, email us or request a call, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business email, website, services of interest and message. When you arrange a meeting or become a client, we may also collect your company name, phone number, scheduling details and information about your business needs.
- Lead forms on Facebook or Instagram: If you submit one of our lead forms on a Meta platform, Meta provides us with the information you submit in that form. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email, phone number, company and answers to questions.
- Business prospect information: To provide B2B prospecting and outreach services, we may obtain professional contact details and business information from clients, business websites, professional directories and business data providers. This may include a person’s name, role, company, business email, business phone and information relevant to the business relationship.
- Website and technical information: When you visit our site, our hosting and analytics services may collect information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring source and interactions with the site. We use this information to operate, secure and understand use of the website.
- Comments: If you post a comment where comments are enabled, we collect the information you submit and may use technical information for spam detection. An approved comment and the name you provide may be visible to others.
Please do not include sensitive personal, medical, financial or government identification information in a website form or marketing lead form.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, arrange calls, provide information about our services, manage client relationships, research business prospects, carry out requested outreach and appointment-setting services, maintain business records, understand and improve our website, prevent spam and fraud, and meet legal obligations.
We may send business or marketing communications where we have the required consent or are otherwise permitted by law. You can unsubscribe using the option in a message or email [email protected] to ask us to stop. We may retain minimal information to honour a do-not-contact request.
How we share information
We use service providers to operate our business, including Hostinger for website hosting, Google Workspace for business email, Google Analytics for website measurement, WordPress and form tools, and meeting-scheduling services. These providers process information to provide their services. Meta provides the Facebook and Instagram advertising platforms and lead forms. Meta also handles information under its own privacy policy.
For outreach conducted on behalf of a client, we may share relevant business prospect information and campaign responses with that client to deliver the service. We may also disclose information when required or permitted by law, or with your consent. Service providers and recipients may be located in Canada, the United States or other countries, where local laws may permit authorities to access information.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for website operation and measurement. Google Analytics is connected to our website and may use cookies to collect information about visits and interactions, such as pages viewed, device and browser details, and approximate location. We use this information to understand and improve the website.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on, where available, and learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions. External websites and embedded services may use their own technologies and privacy policies.
Retention and security
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to meet legal or business record requirements, and to honour suppression or do-not-contact requests. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified, subject to applicable retention requirements and backup processes.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and privacy rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about our handling of your personal information, request access to it or correction of inaccurate information, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete or stop using information where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide a service.
